Real estate is obviously at a premium. Here, three 4 story appartments have been jammed in between two older houses. Material were being brought to the site in wheelbarrows balanced on planks up stone steps

There are numerous murals around Cannes. Here is one seen from the top of the hill

This mural was at the station and quite close to the Grand Auditorium where the film festival is held each May

The illusory view on the left is seen by passing motorists. The truth is more apparent in the second view - a plaster wall criss-crossed with conduit and an ugly security lamp. All part of the deception that is Cannes

The French, of course, are known for their laissaz-faire, but really, allowing elderly bimbos to grope my Hero, Austin Powers, in public, is beyond decency
